Cancellation Policy
Services must be cancelled within 48 hours in order to reschedule. Deposits are non refundable. You will have a grace period of 10 minutes if you are running late. You must be present 10 minutes after and ready to be serviced. A $15 late fee will be added on to your remaining balance if you are more than 15 mins late. If you are 20 minutes late you will be cancelled. Everyone's time is important
