How To Book Your Appointment
Click on the service that you would like to get
Select the time and date for your service. If you do not see the time or date that you would like to book for text me to see if I am able to get you in.
Once you select your time and date,
You will need to fill out the information that needs to be filled out such as your name, e-mail and phone number.
Once it is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with driving directions and location.
If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation in regards to your appointment, e-mail us at qnoeverlasting@gmail.com to confirm your appointment.
Booking Policy
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please inform us in advanced. You have a 10 mins grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, you'll have to pay a $15 late fee. If you are more than 20 mins late your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be made 48 hours or more, prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a "no show", which will require a cancellation fee before you are able to book in again. If this is not paid, you will be blacklisted.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If for some reason you have a problem with your eyebrows, please reach out to me via phone 470-985-7793.
Extra Information
• Avoid waxing, threading and plucking at least 1 week prior to appointment.
• Do not drink alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the procedure.
• Avoid sunbathing, tanning beds, and excessive sun exposure.
• We use high-quality, hypoallergenic pigments to ensure safe and long-lasting results.
• We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided following your appointment to ensure proper healing.
• If you have previous work done by another artist please send me a photo of your brows before booking for approval.
